To always do what I say I’m going to do… Sometimes more, but never less! My Faith, Family and Community are all important to me in that order. Analytical, emotionally intelligent, passionate about volunteering and very personable describes me.
I’ve been the recipient of several leadership and business awards, but my biggest accomplishments were doing my best every time and never giving up.
what makes me qualified
I fix the root cause of issues. Being solution driven is the common denominator in my work and volunteer experience as an Auditor, Accountant, Process Writer, Grant Writer, Business Development Manager, Realtor, and Youth Leadership Developer.

Auditor – Focus on root cause of issues. The effect of those issues and best practices and recommendations for improvement
Non-Profit Accounting– Accounting for the success of clients by focusing on winning grants through partnerships/collaborators with shared values; utilizing volunteers; and writing budgets that match their grant opportunities.
Writing Policies and Procedures – writing standardized processes to keep entities services predictable, duplicable, cost effective, and operating efficiently with no overlapping labor waste.
Business Development Manager -To increase revenue and offset labor shortages by identifying new business and collaborations opportunities for small for profit as well as non-profit entities.
Realtor –Keeping a buyer or seller grounded can be most challenging but most appreciative at the end. Keeping options within a well thought out budget that maintains a comfortable quality of life is the goal.
